2010 Women’s Retreat Schedule
Woman Beautiful, Woman Whole, a two-day weekend retreat led by Diane and guest speakers, is being scheduled at two different locations in 2010. For women of all ages, the topics will include:
Is there such a thing as a “makeover” for body, soul, and spirit?
How can I achieve inner simplicity and serenity?
What do I do, and where can I go, when life gets overwhelming?
How can I live simply when my life seems so complicated?
The retreat will open with a fashion show for beautiful but frugally inclined women of all ages (including a contest to guess the surprising prices of the outfits being modeled); a frugal facial “makeover” using volunteers representing different “seasons” of a woman’s life, demonstrated by Diane’s daughter, professional makeup artist Amy Martinez.
